Our Mission
The Dallas Dressage Club (DDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering interest and excellence in the sport and art of Dressage. As a proud Group Member Organization (GMO) of the United States Dressage Federation (USDF), we provide a structured, supportive environment where riders can grow, horses can flourish, and the equestrian community can thrive.
Who We Are
We are a diverse collective of riders, trainers, breeders, and fans. From the precise geometry of Classical Dressage to the growing heritage of Western Dressage, our members represent the full spectrum of the sport.
Whether you are aiming for the Grand Prix ring, exploring the “L” Judging Program, or simply looking to improve the communication with your horse at home, you have a place here.
We are a volunteer-led nonprofit organization committed to advancing and preserving the sport of dressage, committed to supporting back yard enthusiasts all the way to international competitors.Â
What We Do
DDC serves as a bridge between local talent and national standards. We fulfill our mission through:
- Sanctioned Competition: Hosting USEF/USDF-recognized shows that allow our members to earn national scores and qualifications.
- Grassroots Development: Organizing schooling and virtual shows that offer an accessible entry point for green horses and novice riders.
- Lifelong Learning: Offering scholarships, mounted clinics, and educational seminars led by top-tier professionals.
- Community Support: Celebrating the journey through year-end awards, social banquets, and a robust volunteer network.

Our Governance
The DDC is powered by the passion of our volunteers. Our Board of Directors is composed of dedicated members who work tirelessly to manage shows, oversee scholarships, and ensure the club remains a transparent and valuable resource for the Texas equestrian scene.
Our Commitment: As a non-profit, every dollar we raise—through memberships, show entries, and donations—is reinvested back into our programs, our scholarships, and the local dressage community.
